A Super Bowl streaker was brought down with the help of a Patriots player. Of course, you might not know that because NBC didn't air it!

While I understand why networks don't want to show streakers at games, it would be a lot more entertaining if they did. Kyle Williams of the Patriots even helped bring down this Super Bowl streaker! That would have been cool to watch (unlike most of the actual game). I get that showing the streaker risks encouraging more people to do it but it would have added so much to the game this year. We really needed that extra entertainment! The incident happened in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl played at Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area. Check out video of the streaker below.

After Kyle Williams helped take him down half-a-dozen security guards piled on top of him making sure he wasn't going anywhere.

The streaker wasn't actually naked. He had a pair of black sweatpants on and a message on his back that appeared to read, "@FXALEXG Trade with Athena." Read more about the Super Bowl streaker shared by SFGATE here.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
