Going on a diet is rough. You're denied some of your favorite foods and it can be very tough if you lack discipline. However, the Plastic Wrap Eating trend takes things to another level. Basically, people are lining their mouth with plastic cling wrap and then putting food in, chewing it, and spitting it out and throwing it away. It's almost like it's fulfilling the oral fixation of eating without consuming the food or calories. I'm no health expert but I know this cannot be good for you.
