Even a quickie could end up getting you in a lot of trouble when you're an inmate. I have to imagine him doing this could have an effect on the other inmates and they can't be very happy about all of this. Your little bit of freedom during a work assignment could be something they look forward to and you don't want to lose that privilege. According to CBS 12, 26-year-old Hartley Elliot Sanchez is now facing a felony charge of prisoner escape or attempt to escape after deputies say he wandered off during a jail event and ended up inside a porta-potty with a woman.

CBS 12 says Sanchez was assigned to help serve food at a jail BBQ when things took an unexpected turn. Surveillance video shows him leaving his duties and walking behind a boat display near the porta-potties and speaking with 2 women. One of them is then seen entering the porta-potty and Sanchez is seen going inside moments later.
After being questioned, Sanchez allegedly admitted to having sex with the woman and even told deputies to "look at the video," per CBS 12. The woman was later identified as a former inmate. Sanchez has been charged with 1 count of prisoner escape or attempted escape and is being held without bond. Even if he didn't plan on leaving and planned on coming back, the state of Florida still considers that an attempted escape.
According to The Smoking Gun, the woman in the porta-potty with him was 36-year-old Elizabeth Greer. She has not been charged in connection with the incident. Read more from CBS 12 here.
