The hospital reportedly tried everything, including contacting her family and offering transportation. The Florida Hospital seemed to have enough, last week they filed to sue the patient.

According to records, the hearing was cancelled after the hospital filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice. The hospital reported that the woman had finally left the room. No reports of how the woman left or if family came and got it, but thankfully for other patients, that room is available again.
