You have to imagine it would be difficult for law enforcement to locate a suspect who's described as wearing jeans and a hoodie. That description would likely fit many people in any given area. It's a common look and it wouldn't be very helpful for locating your suspect. However, if they're described as a drunk man wearing a pink wig, fake boobs, and a pink thong--that might make it much easier to find who you're looking for. That outfit and look is not as common as jeans and a hoodie.

You never expect this to go down at your local Applebee's. You're just there eatin' good in the neighborhood when this happens. According to The Smoking Gun, a drunk man wearing a pink wig, fake boobs, and a pink thong was arrested for causing a disturbance outside the restaurant chain in Clearwater, Florida.

The Smoking Gun reports that 49-year-old Daniel Ciriello was so intoxicated that he was unable to provide for his own safety and well-being as he was stumbling around the restaurant chain's parking lot. Reports say he tried to enter a vehicle that wasn't his and couldn't answer basic questions like where he was or where he came from or even what state he was currently in.

Ciriello was arrested for disorderly intoxication and was booked into county jail. He had to pay $570 in fines as well. You can see his mugshot provided by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office below.
