Snoop made his name in music back in the ’90s when he got his start by being featured on Dr. Dre’s “Deep Cover” and throughout several songs on Dre’s debut solo album The Chronic (1992). A lot of times rappers “age out” of the game but Snoop has kept himself relevant on many levels and one in which is pivoting to other areas besides hip-hop. He has used his success in rap to build businesses that cater to his fanbase which has led the rapper in creating a 140M empire.
