A writer traveled the globe to find the world’s worst public toilet, and he says it’s in the country of Tajikistan. It looks like an outhouse that’s about to fall down. It’s built on a pile of rocks with rats and snakes all around. And two walls are just a sheet . . . which people sometimes use as toilet paper.
