A Rat Crawling in a Bin of Rice at a Restaurant in Minnesota

Somebody passing by Stella’s Fish Cafe in Uptown, Minnesota filmed a rat crawling all over a tray of rice. It was 2:00 A.M., and they saw it through a window. The restaurant has voluntarily closed until further notice.
RaLasia Wright captured this viral video appearing to show a rodent inside Stella's Fish Café in Uptown. It led the restaurant to voluntarily close this weekend as pest control/health inspectors came out to mitigate.
