A 17-year-old thief was caught stealing from a Louis Vuitton in Washington.
When he tried to run out of the store he slammed into a floor-to-ceiling plate glass window and knocked himself out. Prosecutors claim the 17-year-old is part of a retail crime theft ring. It’s unclear what charges he’s facing.
