A “Flirty” Baby Makes an Inappropriate Gesture at a Hooters Server

This has been making the rounds on Twitter.

It’s a baby in a high chair staring at the backside of a Hooters server as she walks away.  He tops it off with a “come here” hand gesture that would be totally inappropriate if he was a grown man.
