Michael Ghadieh, owner of Fix My Phone SF, fixes an Apple Inc. iPhone at his shop in San Francisco, California, U.S., on Friday, Aug. 23, 2013. On the eve of a planned Sept. 10 introduction of new iPhones, refurbishers pose a challenge to Apple, which is already grappling with a shift in consumer demand toward cheaper handsets, as well as Samsung Electronics Co.-led competition thats flooding the smartphone market. A man in Sarasota who works in phone repair was arrested after he sent himself an explicit video that he copied from a customer’s phone. This guy sent himself a text from her phone but didn’t delete the message. He also deleted the original video from her phone. When she picked her phone up, she saw the text messages and authorities were able to use that message to easily track this guy down.
