Can You Identify This Milky Substance?
A 28-year-old man from Florida named Anthony Coleman-Hill was busted on some cocaine charges. What is interesting about this crime though is the suspects mugshot.
For some reason he is covered in a white milky substance.

Police were called to a convivence store to check on a trespasser who was acting suspicious. That’s when they found Coleman-Hill.
Coleman-Hill was allegedly displaying “signs of narcotic impairment,” and admitted to smoking ‘molly.’ A search of him uncovered some cocaine and he was arrested. Still no word on what or why he is covered in a milky white substance.
