A “candidate” for mayor in Toronto named Kevin Clarke stormed onto the platform of a mayoral debate and had to be hauled away by security.

During the chaos he grabbed the backdrop curtain and almost pulled it down. Clarke is an activist and perennial candidate.

He wasn’t invited to the debate, which is probably why he went rogue.
