A video of a woman riding on the hood of the car down an expressway went viral over the weekend.
According to reports, a man driving at a high rate of speed on the I-787 highway in New York with a woman kneeling on the hood of his car has been arrested. Another motorist on the highway took a video of the dangerous stunt and put it up on Facebook.
The video pretty much started to go viral immediately. Police used the video to identify the owner of the car by zooming in on the license plate.
20-year-old Bishop Frasier was arrested for one count of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree. The woman, an unnamed 19-year-old was not injured during the stunt.
