An allegedly shoplifter had an awkward encounter with police during his arrest when his pants wouldn’t stay up.
In Flagler County, Florida, 46-year-old David Romero seemed to have some big plans for the eveningโฆallegedly.
According to reports, Romero was arrested after being accused of trying to steal several items from his local Target store. Deputies caught up with Romero in his truck before he left the store parking lot and ordered him out of the vehicle.
As Romero made his way out of the truck his pants were making their way off his ass. As he walks towards the patrol car, his pants continued to fall down. While being placed in the back of the squad car, one of the shoplifted products fell out of his pants.

Among those items are said to be: โa vibrating device,โ condoms, sexual enhancement products, personal lubricant, and a t-shirtโฆpresumably for fast clean-up after whatever it was he was planning to do with all of them.
Romero is now facing five counts and was being held on a $3,000 bond.
