Scientists Have Created the Worst Song in History…Wanna Hear It?
We all have different tastes of music and the beauty of tunes is that it’s totally individual. Everyone has their favorites. We also all have our most hated. It doesn’t take long for anyone of us to ramble off a list of the worst songs we’ve ever heard. But, now, scientists have created the worst song in history and you can hear it.
Scientists Have Created the Worst Song in History
According to Far Out Magazine, three scientists, Vitaly Komar, Alex Melamid, and David Soldier, went on a mission to engineer the worst song in the history of humanity. By their data and calculations, they created a track that Far Out Magazine says, “fewer than 200 individuals of the world’s population would enjoy.”
The song is 20 minutes wrong, which already puts it in the running for worst song in the world. There’s no way the worst song could be a 2 minute track. No way. If it’s truly the worst it has to stretch on much longer than anyone would like it to…and then some.
To create the song, they used characteristics and sounds that people in a survey said drove them mad. Far Out Magazine says that includes, “cowboy lyrics, a chorus of kids, bagpipe howls, and bossa nova synths, and advertising slogans.” Yup, I’m thinking they might have actually created the worst song ever. That sounds horrible.
Is This The Worst Song In History?
The song is like nothing I’ve ever heard. It’s like a sick practical joke engineered by scientists. They knew exactly what they were doing with this.
Don’t just take my word (or their word) for it. Check out the song for yourself below. Make sure to listen to the full song, too. We need to truly verify that this is, indeed, the worst song in history. That can’t be verified if we bail early. Good luck, and we’re counting on you.
