According to The Smoking Gun, a strip club customer was smacked in the face with a small stack of cash by one of the workers at the establishment. In her defense, she told officers, "this is a place where money is thrown everywhere," per The Smoking Gun. Well, that is true! However, getting smacked by a stack of cash isn't exactly just money flying around.
The incident happened at a topless club called Body Talk in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The Smoking Gun reports the victim was talking with employees at the establishment about his career, when they became upset about his lack of tipping. The victim's friend says that the victim was drunk and boasting about how much money he makes and how he doesn't want to leave them tips. I get why the strippers would be upset! If you're going to be bragging about how much you make, you better be ready to spend! Otherwise...maybe don't say anything at all!
The Smoking Gun reports the man was following employees around table to table, when Victoria Jones finally had enough. That's when cops say she struck the man in the face with a stack of cash. She claims it was in a "non-aggressive manner" per the Smoking Gun. The whole thing was captured on video, including her following up with an open hand strike. Additionally, 12 NEWS reports that Jones spat on the victim as well. Gross.

Jones has been arrested for battery. Look, I understand you shouldn't strike another individual with anything. Don't hit others with your hands, a weapon, or a stack of cash. However, there is an established and understood etiquette at places like this that you're expected to follow. I've always assumed that if you misbehave or do something creepy towards the women that they can and will react. However, that doesn't make it legal.
