Is 7-Eleven Really Going To Sell Hot Dog-Flavored Sparkling Water?

Is 7-Eleven really going to sell hot dog-flavored sparkling water? That sounds disgusting. Hopefully, this is just an early April Fool's Day prank.

The chain announced they will be selling hot dog-flavored sparkling water that tastes like their Big Bite Hot Dogs! Is this real? Let's dive in!

Well, it is that time of year. We all have to be on edge and don't believe everything you see. With April 1st just around the corner, believe nothing!

Lately, brands have been participating in April Fool's Day just like your roommates and co-workers are. Turns out, when brands and companies try to pull April Fool's Day pranks, it's just as annoying as when your friends do it--maybe even more so.

I feel like when you're rolling out a unique product like this, you have to be aware of your timing. If you introduce something strange around April 1st, people are going to have a hard time believing you (or at least they should).

There's just no way this could be real. Who on earth would want to drink this? If you thought the pizza-flavored beer was a bad idea, this hot dog-flavored sparking water is saying "hold my beer" (or hold my can, whatever).

According to Chew Boom, the Big Bite Hot Dog Sparkling Water was developed with Miracle Seltzer. It would be the latest in 7-Eleven's 7-Select sparking waters that has a range of innovative flavors. Those flavors include things like Lemon Lime, Green Apple, and Sweet Orange--nothing close to as funky as Hot Dog.

The company says more details on the product will be available on April 1st. Coincidence? I don't think so! We're onto you, 7-Eleven.
