Man Caught Upskirting Customer At Target
According to Daily Mail, Thomas Elliott, 21, was arrested at a Target in Greenville after being caught crouching down by a woman who was wearing a skirt. Camera footage busted him placing his phone on the floor of the store to record video up a female customer's outfit.
Elliott was filmed by another customer at the Target who started filming after she noticed him following the woman around the store, per Daily Mail. This other customer was able to film him continuing to put his phone on the floor in attempts to film up the woman's skirt. The woman who was filming Elliott ended up posting the video on social media, which led to his arrest.
Daily Mail reports when Elliott was confronted by police he denied any wrong doing and showed police the recent pictures on his phone. Now, police are looking for any deleted information or data that may be recovered.
According to Daily Mail, Elliott previously volunteered at Eastern Elementary School in Greenville, but will no longer be welcomed back. Tom McClellan, a spokesman for Pitt County Schools, said per Daily Mail, "We are disturbed and deeply concerned by video footage of the individual that has been shared on social media and news outlets, and based on the footage, the individual will not be returning to our campuses as a volunteer or hired as an employee."
