Dream Home: California Couple Goes Viral For Turning Van Into A Mobile Home
A California couple has gone viral for creating a dream home, turning their van into a mobile home. Once you see it, you might start making plans.
This guy is like a real life Noah from The Notebook after building his girlfriend her dream home from scratch. I’m not ashamed that I know the movie, it’s a terrific reference and comparison. No shame. I digress…you have to see this amazing dream home he created. I’m sure part of you has always wanted to live this way.
Boyfriend Builds Girlfriend Her Dream Home With A View
There’s nothing like thinking about your dream home. We all do it. It can be fun to look around Zillow to see homes you can’t afford in different cities across the country. That’s part of why HGTV is so popular! It’s fun to play pretend. However, one woman’s dream home came to life, and it’s going viral online. A video showcasing the one-of-a-kind domain has more than 2.7 million view since being shared on July 6th. It’s safe to say we’re all a bit jealous over this dream home.
According to Newsweek, the viral video was shared by Courtnie and Nate (@courtandnate) who live in Southern California. Okay, they’re already living the dream and you’re telling me it only gets better from there? In the video, they share the transformation of a Promaster 159 Extended Van into the mobile home of their dreams. Seriously, it’s stunning.
The video begins with text asking, “can you build me a house, but one we can drive around and go on adventures in?” A cute request that appears to be something she is asking of him. Now, in The Notebook he just builds a stationary craftsman home. She wants this one to move. It sounds like a tough ask. However, they made it happen! The video goes on to detail and document the process of turning their van into a home-on-wheels.
