North Carolina Woman Wanted For Attempted Murder After Locking Boyfriend In Storage Unit
A North Carolina woman is now wanted for attempted murder after being accused of locking her boyfriend in a storage unit for days! Can you imagine?
Those storage units are big enough to store a lot of your belongings and furniture, but they aren’t big enough for you to want to spend a couple of days in. That would be terrible. Unfortunately, it was one man’s reality after his girlfriend allegedly locked him in a storage unit for days.
Where Did A Woman Lock Her Man?
52-year-old Robin Deaton from Matthews, North Carolina is wanted for attempted murder and kidnapping charges, per ABC News. She currently remains at large. Reports say she locked her 51-year-old boyfriend in a storage unit after convincing him to crawl to the back of the unit to get her something before locking him in and saying, “This is what you get,” per ABC News.
He reportedly had no food, water, or power source during his time inside the storage unit. During a call to 911, he told them, “I’ve been locked in a storage unit for about a week now, and I’ve just now found my phone. My girlfriend locked me in here.
