If you live in the city, you understand how frustrating parking can be. You don’t even have to live in the city to realize how bad it is, a simple visit will tell you all you need to know. You can drive around for hours trying to find a parking spot that works or isn’t ridiculously expensive. Those garage prices can add up! However, they aren’t quite as expensive as this Boston parking spot. It’s now on the market for $750K! That’s up from 2023 when it was sold for $500K! Would it be worth it for you?

In addition to the $750K to buy it, CarScoops.com says the owner must also pay $900 a month to cover fees like taxes, HOA dues, insurance, and services. Parking in Boston has gotten more expensive over the years and this really highlights how true that is.
For the price you’re paying you’re not getting as much as you’d think. The Brimmer Street Garage in Beacon Hill has staff on hand from 6am until 10pm on weekdays and 6:30am to midnight on weekends. Looking to leave in the middle of the night? You’ll have to make arrangements ahead of time. However, you can’t deny the parking spot is in a prime location. It’s found a block from the Boston Public Garden and half a mile from the State House. It’s only a quick walk to the Charles River as well. It’s a great place to be, but is it worth the price?
