Neighbor Lady Pokes Hole in the Fence, and Rants Like a Crazy Person

A woman in Riverview, Florida shared a disturbing video of her neighbor lady who punched a hole through her wooden fence. The neighbor goes on a crazy rant calling her “artificial and disgusting” . . . and adds, “your kid is going to die.”
