A Florida Man is in trouble with the law after throwing a beer can and firing an AR-15 rifle after being upset by drivers speeding in his neighborhood.
See, that's not how you act when things don't go your way. There are several appropriate things he could have done. Many proper ways to handle it. He went the other way.
Florida Man In Arrested After Reacting To Speeding Drivers
The Polk County man is now facing felony charges after letting his emotions get the best of him. According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, Eric Proctor told law enforcement officials that he threw a can at a vehicle because the driver was speeding in his neighborhood. FOX 13 says Proctor then confronted the driver about their speed.
That's when things really turned for the worst. According to FOX 13, Sheriff Judd stated, "He went to his house, and he comes out with his rifle, and the dude shoots three times. Once in the air and twice on the ground."
Reports say Proctor denied the shooting. However, it was all captured on video. Sheriff Judd reminded the public if you're that upset about something call the police and let them handle it. It's not smart to take matters into your own hands. Especially if that's the reaction you have in mind.
