Guy Stole Shopping Cart Full of Red Bull
High-speed chases, low-speed chases, we’ve talked about them all. From a guy running from police on a tractor, to people flying down the highway at over 100 MPH. They always get caught, and when they’ve stolen something, we always wonder why they chose that. This guy seems to steal the same thing everytime.
According to FirstAlert4, “A St. Louis man who police saw walking to his car with about $500 worth of allegedly stolen Red Bull energy drinks, led officers on a pursuit where speeds topped 120 mph on Thursday in St. Charles County.” FirstAlert4 also reports, “According to an O’Fallon Police probable cause statement, officers were looking for Simpson on active warrants and were familiar with his prior stealing patterns, which apparently consisted of stealing Red Bull from local supermarkets.”
This guy loves Red Bull apparently. We don’t think there is a underground Red Bull ring where this guy could be making money, but maybe we just don’t run in those circles. This guy obviously needs his fix, for whatever reason it is, you can’t steal it. He does it so often that everyone knows that is what he’s going to steal. So when you see this guy in your store by the energy drinks, check his pockets.
Energy drinks are choice of a couple people on the show. For Chuck, it’s not Red Bull, but Monster. Andy goes with the natural caffeine nowadays, after he used to take down multiple Red Lines. Dave had to have a talk with him about it because he was worried about his health. And the rest of us are coffee people.
There was a story once about Dave and Chuck drinking the stuff that gives you wings at a station event. Dave got very wired off the Red Bull. We know that the smallest amount of medications can affect him, so Red Bull got him amped. He and Chuck allegedly saw Nicholas Cage that day. We’ll never know if they actually did.
