Taco Attack
A Restaurant Owner Defended His Restaurant During a Taco Attack
We love tacos. That is no secret. We talk about food all the time and tacos make the conversation on a weekly basis. For one man in Chicago, he had to defend his taco restaurant after an intruder broke into his place. What was more interesting was how none of the customers offered any assistance. See how we would have handled the taco attack.
According to CBS News Chicago, the owner of a popular Chicago restaurant was brutally attacked in a robbery attempt. He fought off the intruder, and suffered minor injuries. What the man is focused on however is how all the customers just took out their phones to record the incident. No one called the police, or stepped in to help.
We do always say, trust no one, help no one. But, there are certain instances when this saying should be thrown out the window. And, we do say almost everything in jest! Of course you should help when able and in certain situations. Especially when someone is messing up your taco order. You can’t stand by and let the taco attack affect your night out!
This is the world we live in today. Something goes down and people pull out their phones to capture the incident in hopes to share the video online. This restaurant owner was fighting off an intruder and none of his customers did anything! Andy Green is different.
Andy says that he would want his taco order so bad that he’d be in kitchen helping make the orders. He does a really funny reenactment of how he’d be working the line, whipping up dishes, to make sure no one missed out on their delicious tacos.
Everyone is okay in the incident, and no tacos were harmed in the process!
