Upcoming Super Bowl Commercials: Chris Hemsworth, Post Malone, And Stars Galore
There will be some serious star power in the Super Bowl commercials this year. You’ll see Chris Hemsworth, Post Malone, Doja Cat, and more!
I think we can all agree that one of the best parts of the Super Bowl is watching the commercials. Especially if your team didn’t make the final game. It gives you something to look forward to, something to talk about, and hopefully some laughs. Sometimes, the commercials can be more entertaining than the game itself. It does pose a problem that you don’t know when to go to the bathroom. During a typical game or show, you go to the bathroom during the commercials. It’s the perfect time so you don’t miss anything. However, during the Big Game, you might miss the best part of the night if you go to the bathroom during the commercial break. Then you will be out of the loop talking about the best Super Bowl commercials with your co-workers on Monday! You don’t want that to happen!
Serious Star Power In Super Bowl Commercials
This year, Fox is reportedly charging upwards of $7M for a 30-second commercial during the game. That’s a lot of money! So, if brands want to get the biggest bang for their buck they need to make sure their ad is remembered. How do you do that? Getting a big well-known celebrity to appear in your ad is a good idea and seems to be the way many companies are going this year with their Super Bowl commercials.
Who can we expect to see? Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt will be in an ad together promoting Meta’s Ray Ban glasses that will allow you to take pictures and videos, listen to music, and more. The two stars of Avengers should have some good chemistry in their ad together. We’ve seen it before.
Doja Cat will appear in a Taco Bell ad despite their rule of no celebrities. She’s funny so that should be a good one. Post Malone and Shane Gillis will appear in a Bud Light ad together trying to bring back the magic of “Whazzuuup” and replace it with “C’mon!” They are two of the biggest names in show business right now so I would expect that to be a good one.
Additionally, David Beckham will be starring in a Stella Artois ad along with his long-lost twin brother, Other David. I’ve really started to like him more recently. That documentary did a lot of good for his reputation and his wife, Posh, as well. They really came out of that being extremely likable which I never would have imagined.
Then, Drew Barrymore will serenade Orlando bloom in an ad for MSC Cruises, although very poorly. Those are just some of the celebrities you can expect to see in Super Bowl commercials this year. I’m sure there will be many more as well.
