United Pilot Reportedly Dragged Passenger Out Of Bathroom With His Pants Down For Taking Too Long
A United pilot reportedly dragged a passenger out of the bathroom with his pants down for taking too long in there. Can you imagine?
That would be horrific! That’s one reason I don’t like to go to the bathroom in public. What if I take too long and someone notices or says something? Or I prevent someone else from using the bathroom and it becomes an issue? It would be humiliating and it sounds like it certainly was for this man. According to Daily Mail, 20-year-old Yisroel Liebb was dragged out of the airplane bathroom with his pants down by a United pilot who broke the lock to get him out of there! Afterwards, he was led away in handcuffs once the plane landing in Houston. Now, Liebb is suing United Airlines over the embarrassing ordeal.
Did A United Pilot Drag A Passenger Out Of The Bathroom With Their Pants Down?
According to Daily Mail, Liebb says he suffered physical injuries, extreme emotional distress, and anxiety during the incident. Daily Mail reports that Liebb says he was experiencing constipation in the bathroom and was eventually forced out of the bathroom after around 30 minutes or so. A complaint obtained by Daily Mail says, “The pilot became visibly enraged, broke the lock on the door and forced the door to the bathroom open, pulling Liebb out of the bathroom with his pants still around his ankles, exposing his genitalia to Sebbag, several flight attendants, and the nearby passengers on the plane.” Sebbag is Liebb’s friend whom he was traveling with. Both of them were taken off the plane in handcuffs when the plane landed, according to Daily Mail.
The 2 of them were then placed in a detention facility inside the terminal, per Daily Mail. Both were later released without charges but did miss their connecting flight back to New York. They are now seeking damages to be determined at trial in addition to attorney’s fees. This is not going to help my fear of using public bathrooms and I know I won’t plan on using the airplane toilet any time soon!
