‘Paw Patrol’ Snacks Recalled Due to Inappropriate Pornographic Website URL
The British supermarket chain, Lidl, had to recall ‘Paw Patrol’ snacks after the packaging contained an inappropriate website URL that displayed pornographic images. The website listed on packages of biscuits and other snacks had been compromised. If accessed through a desktop the link would be unavailable but if used through a phone’s browser, then you could see the images. The content was obviously deemed to be ‘not suitable for child consumption’ and they have since apologized and offered a refund to any customers who purchased, and potentially viewed this content.
