UPDATE: Man Pleads No Contest To Waffle House Tattoo Theft
Florida Man Max Krejckant has pleaded no contest to the charge relating to him obtaining a Waffle House tattoo from Ink Godz in St. Petersburg back in December. Typically, crimes happen inside Waffle House. Now, this crime was a little different because it had to do with a Waffle House tattoo–and didn’t happen in a restaurant.
According to The Smoking Gun, a judge ordered Krejckant to pay $675 in fines, court costs, and fees. Officers say he requested the five-inch tattoo in black and gray because it would have cost more to get it in their traditional black and yellow. Why he was worried about saving money when he was probably well aware he was going to not pay for the tattoo is beyond me. The Smoking Gun reports he had been drinking, so that answers some of the questions I had.
I feel like getting a Waffle House tattoo instantly makes you suspicious. Sure, the food is okay. However, it’s not known for its offerings as much as it is for fights occurring in their restaurants. It seems like every day there’s a story breaking from somewhere involving a massive brawl at a Waffle House. Sometimes it’s between different groups of customers and sometimes the staff gets involved. Going into a Waffle House is sure to be an experience. Getting a tattoo of it on your body? Well, that has to be considered a red flag.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
