Job Applicant Allegedly Finds ‘Foolproof’ Resume Hack

Did this TikTok user find a foolproof resume hack? She's claiming she did after trying it out and landing not one but three part-time jobs. At first, she sent out dozens of resumes and applied for, like, 65 jobs and didn't hear back. At least, not until she tried this hack.

When it comes to landing a job people will stop at nothing. Understandable, as it is pretty important. People have tried all kinds of tricks on their resumes like embellishing, exaggerating, or straight up lying. However, will this hack actually work?

Sure, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is coming for all of our jobs. However, could it also be helping us land jobs and opportunities? One TikTok user is saying this new resume hack works and is encouraging everyone to start using it. So, if you're in the market for a new opportunity you might want to check this out!

According to The New York Post, the trick is to be AI-friendly. Chances are the people posting the job are going to be using some sort of AI technology to help find candidates for the position, so your resume should understand that and follow suit. They say this resume hack involves copying the job description and pasting it into your resume and then changing the font to really really small and put it in a white font. That way your text will be invisible to the naked eye but will be caught by AI technology. Do you think it's worth a shot?

I would be really nervous to try this out. What if they highlight part of your small text? What if you make a mistake and they somehow can see it? That would be embarrassing and would certainly take you out of the running, right?

While some commenters are pointing out the mass amount of effort that would go into pulling this off, others are saying they have already tried it too and have seen success!
