Could speed tours be the next big thing in house hunting? A 19-year-old realtor has gone viral for his unique Speed Tours in 90 seconds!

Realtor Gives Speed Tours In 90 Seconds

Trent Miller, a 19-year-old realtor in Pennsylvania, is blowing up on TikTok for a video series he’s calling “Speed Tours.” Instead of giving detailed tours of homes discussing every possible detail–he skips that and gets right to the point. He shows the best of the best from each home in 90 seconds! It’s awesome and it’s totally Gen-Z. Hey–whatever it takes to sell the home! I respect the hustle.

I love house hunting. Even when I’m not in the market! There’s something fun about going on Zillow and seeing what bang for your buck you can get in various cities. See what $300K can get you in different cities on the Zillow app, it’s pretty unbelievable. You can get a lot more for that money in Houston, Texas than you can somewhere like Miami, Florida. You can pass a lot of time checking this out. My iPhone even says I spend more time on Zillow than I do on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok–combined! Thank you Screen Time for sharing that lovely bit of information.
