A Missouri woman ran down a Jack In The Box worker over a wrong order! One missing tendy and a lack of ranch led to a lot of problems!
When you go through the drive-thru, there’s a chance that your order might come out different than expected. It’s happened to all of us, I’m sure. Maybe you’re missing an item, there’s ketchup on it when you requested it off, or something like that. It’s inconvenient and you can choose whether to pull back around or just deal with it. However, there’s another option. You can engage in a fast-food freakout!

Mistakes happen. It’s how you handle the aftermath that matters. Unfortunately, this woman made a lot of mistakes and didn’t handle things the way she should have.
According to KTVI, a Missouri woman got angry after allegedly getting shorted on her order at Jack In The Box and got behind the wheel of her car and ran down the store manager after she didn’t get her ranch dipping sauce. The incident happened in St. Louis, Missouri and the suspect has been identified as 41-year-old Talanye L. Cater.
First, Carter showed up to complain about a missing chicken strip from her order at the restaurant the previous Saturday evening, per KTVI. Usually, that delay won’t fly and you need to get it fixed immediately but it was kind of the store manager to help her out and he replaced the missing tender. However, she reportedly came back unhappy with the lack of ranch dressing and proceeded to spit in the manager’s face, according to KTVI. That’s when the manager followed her outside to get her license plate but she reversed into her, sending the manager to the ground.
Carter was arrested the following day and pleaded not guilty to charges of second and fourth-degree assault. These fast-food freakouts have seemingly been on the rise lately. It feels like we’re talking about one every other day on Dave And Chuck The Freak. Typically, it’s over small little things that you should never even have to freak out about. I remember there was a story about a guy who freaked out and because he had to pay less than he expected for his meal! Less! I don’t understand people sometimes.

I have spent so much time in drive-thrus that I think I could be considered an expert witness in a court case, at this point. I’ve seen delicious items come and go, prices climb, and experiences all the promos and deals. Why did KFC get rid of the Twister? When will McDonald’s bring back the famous Snack Wraps? These are all questions I ask every day, and sadly have no answers for. However, one day…we will get them back. I truly believe it in my heart of hearts.
I could go on and on about my love for the value menu. I’d say at least once a week I think back on my high school days when the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy’s was only 99 cents. Do you remember that? 99 cents! It was amazing. Now, the price for one JBC is closer to $3 than it is 99 cents. I feel like this is the new version of that old “back in my day, we’d walk 2 miles to school up hill both ways! stories your grandparents would tell. Now, these stories are all about how low the value menu prices were back in our day. “When I was your age, every item on the dollar menu was a dollar!”
